Women in Forestry – A New Generation of Bush Workers

When the Generation Programme was established by the Eastland Wood Council, they knew there would be plenty of demand for well trained, reliable work-ready workers, and so the programme was always going to be a success. What was surprising was the number of women taking up the programme.
